Pyrus Conference Bush
With an RHS Award of Garden Merit it is no surprise that Conference Pears are a real customers favourite as the shrubs are consistent to crop, producing high yields of sweet and juicy fruits ready to harvest from late September onwards.
This self fertile variety means that even if you only have one fruit tree/bush, you will still have fruit (although a couple would be nice!). Supplied already established in a 5 litre pot.
Perfect in your garden bed/border or even centre stage in a large decorative planter (and could therefore even be grown on a balcony or terrace), the Pyrus Conference Bush is easy to care for and will not take over your garden. A perfect introduction into growing your own fruit or a fabulous addition to an already well stocked 'fruity' garden!
Enjoy the whole experience starting with the delicate buds forming, opening into beautiful white blossom in April followed by the fruit forming and ripening and then the main event in Oct/Nov, pick your very own fruit and enjoy!
Feed with a slow release fertiliser once in Spring and again in the Autumn. A heavy cropping variety increasing year on year (and for many years to come).
