Abelia Raspberry Profusion (4.5 Litre)

Beautiful blooms, a sweet fragrance and attractive foliage all in one!

A beautiful and fully hardy evergreen shrub with year round interest.  Easy to grow, compact and well suited to both borders or container gardening.  

Glossy green foliage which takes on a purple/bronze flush during the winter months.  

A long flowering period, bearing sweetly fragranced blooms from May through to November.  Flowers are soft pink in colour with deeper pink sepals giving the flowers a two tone effect.  Funnel shaped flowers are highly attractive to pollinating insects.  

Plants grow to around 100cm height and spread and enjoy a spot in full sun or part shade.

Simply give the plant a light prune later in the Autumn to remove the spent flower and remove any dead/damaged stems and a good trim in spring. Regular watering and feeding twice a year, in Spring and Autumn, with a slow release fertiliser is all it needs although a little deadheading will help to encourage more blooms too.
