Peony Celebrity - Despatch From WC 4th October

A stunning two toned peony for the garden. Its fuchsia pink and white frilly edged flowers are real head turners and fragrant to boot!

From a rounded foliage canopy which is deep green with large lobed shaped leaf sections and green/ pink stems the flowers arise which can only be described as golf ball sized buds on a stem. These buds slowly crack open revealing its vibrant colours and its exquisite- many- petalled-flowers which look fantastic in the border or cut for an indoor bouquet.

Each year the peony gains strength for more blooms. Feed annually in spring with a slow release feed and allow the plants dead foliage to remain intact all winter to protect its crown. In spring simply cut off the foliage once you can see its 'new growth eyes' forming on the crown in late spring.
