Description

Homegrown Potatoes in the vegetable plot or patio containers.

Growing your own potatoes is so simple and with that you get a rewarding harvest- which believe me taste completely different to 'new' potatoes in a supermarket.
New homegrown potatoes have a texture that melts in your mouth and a buttery flavour unlike any other potato ever eaten unless you have grown your own.

Our potatoes arrive in great condition ready for you to store cool and plant out in March / April ready for them to grow. They are supplied in 2kg nets and are certified as disease free and true to type.

Each bag weighs approx. 2Kg containing 25 - 30 tubers. Enough to fill 5 large containers or make rows 8m (25ft) long if you have a large garden or allotment spacing the plants 30cm (1ft).

Choose from;
Charlotte- The best performing salad potato. with a cream skin and flesh that holds firm when boiled.
Maris Peer- A second early crop harvesting in August with a firm flesh that does not break when boiled.
Maris Piper- We consider 'The Rolls Royce' of main crop potatoes which you can cook pretty much anyway you like Fry, mash, Roast, Bake.

Top tip harvest as you require. Do not dig them all up as they store best in the ground.

Contents: Choose from the 3x 2kg Collection or Single Variety packs from the drop down menu.
