Wisteria Okayama is a tried and tested variety - so fantastic that it holds the RHS Award of Garden Merit for its solid garden performance.

A twining climber, in May and June racemes of sweet pea like blooms appear in abundance. Racemes can reach 10-15cm in length, smothered in two-tone purple flowers.

The soft green foliage turns golden yellow in Autumn to give an extra level of interest.

Fully hardy, plant in full sun or part shade against a wall, trellis or fence.
