Delivery
Your order may be split into more than one shipment which may arrive on separate days even though they are on the same delivery note. Whilst we try to keep your order in as few despatches as possible to keep despatch costs down, our bespoke plant packaging means your plants should arrive safely.
Please allow 48 hours before contacting us should you consider an item to be missing.
We strive to despatch your order as quickly as possible, but in peak periods particularly during spring your order may take longer than the 7 days stated.
Your order confirmation will confirm expected despatch - commencing from - dates of any pre order products.
Your delivery note will also confirm if you still have products remaining to be despatched from your order.
Please ensure you have given us the correct delivery address at time of placing your order as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delivered to incorrect addresses.
**Delivery to Northern Ireland
As part of the Northern Ireland protocol agreed between the UK and EU, Northern Ireland will continue within the EU’s plant health territory and not with the rest of UK.
In order for plants to be shipped into Northern Ireland they are subject to the following new regime;
- A phytosanitary certificate (plant health)
- Be notified to DAERA, Northern Ireland's devolved plant health authority
- Will need to be made available for inspection at the border crossing point. To get a Phytosanitary Certificate, a UK plant health inspector must inspect each parcel and issue a certificate.
This is a situation we cannot manage for each and every, very much valued customer order from Northern Ireland.
For the time being we are unable to take orders for delivery to Northern Ireland due to the incurred costs, complexity and timeliness in handling live goods.
We hope that another solution can soon be agreed where we can immediately begin to despatch to you soon.
