Carriage Charges

  • Delivery Charges just: £4.95 per order for UK delivery
  • Free delivery is available for all orders over £50

Please note we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands and overseas.

Delivery

Your order may be split into more than one shipment which may arrive on separate days even though they are on the same delivery note. Whilst we try to keep your order in as few despatches as possible to keep despatch costs down, our bespoke plant packaging means your plants should arrive safely.

Please allow 48 hours before contacting us should you consider an item to be missing.

We strive to despatch your order as quickly as possible, but in peak periods particularly during spring your order may take longer than the 7 days stated.

When an item is despatched an e mail explains your order is on its way. In the UK that usually means next working day delivery. If you receive the email after 4pm this means it will be with you within 48 working hours.

Your order confirmation will confirm expected despatch, commencing from, dates of any pre order products.

Your delivery note will also confirm if you still have products remaining to be despatched from your order.

Your Delivery Address

Please ensure you have given us the correct delivery address at time of placing your order as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delivered to incorrect addresses.

It is the customers responsibility to provide us with an address where delivery can be signed for in reasonable time. Customers, please ensure

  • notification can be given to an address where you will be there to accept the parcel
  • if required please send us an email with special instructions to leave in a garage or with a neighbour.
  • arranging for someone to be at the desired address once you receive the despatch e-mail telling you its on its way.

Please be understanding with us and our carrier if they try to deliver and you know you are not going to be at home and incur further charges. We can only send on the information we are given.

Delivery to Northern Ireland

As part of the Northern Ireland protocol agreed between the UK and EU, Northern Ireland will continue within the EU's plant health territory and not with the rest of UK.

In order for plants to be shipped into Northern Ireland they are subject to the following new regime;

  • A phytosanitary certificate (plant health)
  • Be notified to DAERA, Northern Ireland's devolved plant health authority
  • Will need to be made available for inspection at the border crossing point. To get a Phytosanitary Certificate, a UK plant health inspector must inspect each parcel and issue a certificate.

This is a situation we cannot manage for each and every, very much valued customer order from Northern Ireland.

For the time being we are unable to take orders for delivery to Northern Ireland due to the incurred costs, complexity and timeliness in handling live goods.

We hope that another solution can soon be agreed where we can immediately begin to despatch to you soon.
