Escallonia Showstopper is a new variety of Escallonia that truly live up to its name!

A denser habit which is also more compact makes this wonderful, hardy, evergreen shrub ideal for giving year round pleasure in the garden and perfectly suited to container gardening as well as growing in beds and borders.

Showstopper has dark and glossy foliage which makes a fabulous back drop to the tubular shaped flowers that appear from June right through to September.  The deep pink flowers have a paler pink throat to give a gorgeous two-tone effect.

Loved by the pollinators this Escallonia really is a hard working, low maintenance plant that will bring many years of pleasure in the garden.
