Hydrangea Bonfire has strong stems which are perfect for supporting the extra large cone shaped blooms.

Flower heads are densely packed, opening to reveal white blooms tinged lime green.  As flowers matures they turn shades of light pink gradually moving to a rich deeper pink colour.

A fully hardy, low maintenance, deciduous shrub that will perform for many years in the garden. reaching an eventual height and spread of around 120cm.

Leave the faded blooms on for winter interest, they look lovely with a bit of frost on them! Hard prune in spring to a good set of buds 2 up from the base of the plant this helps keep your plant fresh and its size in check.
