These wonderful, clump forming, Iris sibirica the naturalising type of Iris will perform year after year with elegant, slender stems emerging from the strappy green foliage and bursting into flower late Spring/Summer.

Stunning showy blooms present a unique colour mix, deep red/violet blooms with yellow markings and darker purple veining, intriguing flashes of yellow at the base of the petals really draw the eye.

Cut back the flowering stems once the blooms are spent but leave the foliage until the Autumn to allow the roots to absorb all the nutrients.
