This fabulous Buddleia is a beauty to behold in the garden with its extra long panicles of richly coloured red/purple blooms that bears a delicious sweet honey scent.

An RHS Award of Garden Merit winning variety - its easy to see why this plant is held in such high regard.

Flowering from July through to October each year, the panicles of flower can reach up to 50cm in length if shrubs are pruned back hard each March.

As you would expect from a Butterfly Bush, this Buddelia is loved by the butterflies and bees.

A fully hardy, deciduous shrub, the leaves taken on a golden yellow tone in Autumn before being shed for the Winter.
