Make your garden look like your holidays with this tropical yet hardy palm.
Evergreen erect mid green leaves are cut into strips and fan out from the leaf stalk giving the plants its common name of Mediterranean Fan Palm.
Hardy down to minus 12 degrees C so will be in fine in most gardens. Ideal for coastal exposed locations too. Keep its roots dry in winter by making sure it is planted in free draining soil.
TIP - If grown in containers use pot feet or kindling to lift the container up so water can freely escape from the container drainage holes.
