Striking, rusty red foliage gradually turns bright yellow and vivid green throughout the Spring and Summer before returning to shades of yellow and red as they mature before falling in the Autumn. You can really rely on this Spiraea to give you a beautiful display year after year with clusters of pretty pink flowers lasting through until late Summer when many plants are starting to fade.
Fairly compact habit meaning it will not take over and pruning back to approximately 15cm from the ground in early Spring will encourage healthy new growth year on year. Deadhead the spent flowers and feed just twice a year with a slow release fertiliser, this Spiraea is very easy to grow.
