Gritty Granvia and Joyous January Deals

The emails from our lovely customers that are always guaranteed to make me smile (and appreciated now more than ever) are the ones telling me how amazed they have been with a particular plant.

This week, I just have to tell you all about Mr Matthews and his hard core Granvia!  These were planted in May with the expectation of a wonderful summer display but these determined plants have gone above and beyond their duty and they are still hanging on in there, in January, take a look!

Xerochrysum Granvia Gold 3 Plant Pack available here

To highlight some amazing plants that give us a lush display throughout the cold months and early Spring, there are so many – who knew (not me!)

We have sourced some awesome winter wonders from our lovely growers and the stars of the show have to be the Camellias, the Winter Rose.  I’ve been to have a peek and was fortunate to see that some of the flower buds are slowly starting to open to kick off an amazing Winter display.  With the Camellias looking so beautiful in bud with their lush green leaves, we have taken the opportunity for you to get your hands on these beauties with a fab deal that we have running throughout the month.  Usually £29 each, we are offering any 2 for £40. For some early spring colour, you can’t go wrong with a Prunus and this week, we have a superb treat on offer saving you 30%! Prunus KoJo No Mai.  Also known as the Fuji Cherry, it is not fussy and will be content in a pot or in your garden border giving a lush display year after year.  Have a little look and see what you think FUJI CHERRY DEAL OF THE WEEK

Winter/early Spring colour in the garden can give us such a boost and if you fancy a shrub or 2 to give as a gift or to give yourself a treat then take a peek at these on our website as they will give you some garden interest while many other plants are resting; Edgeworthia, Sarcococca, Forsythia, Nandina, Daphne and Skimmia.  Clearing out some patio pots and replacing the contents with one of these winter beauties would be just the job (and if you need any planters, you know where I am!)

 Take care and keep warm,

Lins
