This beautiful butterfly bush bears glorious conical shaped blooms from June through to October in a gorgeous shade of lilac which are an absolute magnet to the butterflies and bees and have a delicious soft honey scent.
A fast growing, hardy shrub, Buddleia's are a wonderful addition to the garden but can often become a little large and unruly - Butterfly Candy however is a compact, dwarf variety making it ideal for growing in smaller gardens or pots and containers reaching only 80cm in height and spread.
Being a hardy shrub, Little Lila will put on her impressive display each summer, simply plant in full sun or partial shade. This plant will benefit from pruning back hard each March before growing again.
