Bred especially for patio container growing, this beautiful and compact variety has it all! Glossy evergreen foliage for all year-round interest and clusters of pink flowers sitting proudly on stems in the Summer, usually with another less prolific flush during the Autumn. A fabulous addition to any garden of any size- perfect grown in beds, borders or in pots on the patio or balcony.
With larger flower heads than other forms of Escallonia which not only look beautiful but will help attract the beneficial insects to your garden hence it appearing on the RHS Perfect for Pollinators list, Pink Elle is a real treat! The evergreen foliage is glossy green making this shrub particularly attractive all year round not just when in flower.
Ready to plant straight out in your garden on receipt and very easy to care for. Simply deadhead to encourage more blooms and repeat flowering and prune to shape in the Spring. Feeding just twice a year with a slow release fertiliser, once in the Spring and again in the Autumn, is all it needs.
