Fig Brown Turkey is regarded as one of the best varieties for our climate with green fruits starting to form in Spring, turning flushed red and purple when ripe in the Autumn, measuring up to 10cm in diameter, with delightfully delicious pink flesh.
This large plant can grow up to 4 meters in height and spread but this will take 10-20 years. -And Figs fruit best when their roots are restricted by growing in containers which will limit the size of the plant. Best grown on a south facing sheltered wall where it can be fan trained too.
Supplied as an established plant in a 3 litre pot, this Fig Brown Turkey measures approximately 40-60cm on receipt
