A large Rhododendron for an impressive statement.
A heritage variety which has stood the test of time. This rounded large shrub with deep green evergreen leaves is extremely tough coping with whatever the weather throws at it.
Its large flowers are formed from huge walnut sized buds open in spring to show multiple blooms each with golden throat markings which given them a starry look.
Easy to care for simply remove any damaged stems or unwanted growth.
Rhododendrons are at their happiest in acidic soil, add Sulphur Soil at the time of planting if the soil or compost is not naturally acidic. Feed using an ericaceous plant food for best results.
Supplied as a 4.5 litre pot grown plant which is approximately 30cm high.
