Lilac (or syringa vulgaris) have been a gardeners favourite for many years but the desirable and unique coloured flowers on this lilac give a two tone effect for something a little different in your garden. Showy upright panicles of jam-packed, highly fragrant double flowers will burst into bloom from May-June putting on a delightful show to appreciate with your eyes as well as your nose! Flowers are white with a delicate pink blush giving a beautiful and unusual result with heart shaped, light green foliage adding to the attraction of this wonderful shrub. The scented blooms are rich in nectar and therefore highly attractive to bees and butterflies.
